I have tried all the other detergents because they were cheaper and discovered those detergents were cheap b/c the did not clean, smell good, feel good, or looked good and in the end I was the one that looked cheap, smelt cheap, and felt cheap. One day I woke up and smelled the gain, never again will I be in stinky laundry low down dirty pain!

I wash and soften my clothes with gain liquid detergent and liquid softener. I just LOVE the way it smells so fresh all the time. I can pull clothes out of my closet 2 weeks later and let me tell you i can still smell my fabric softener. I LOVE GAIN!!!!!
