Gee, what happened to the freshies on this site posted after summer 2008? There were some negative comments here too about your advertisements, especially the one which debased a hotel cleaning lady 'overcome' by Gain fumes. Everyone here appears to be either on drugs (what do you put in the 'scent' anyway?) or else it is your marketing department writing all of these other comments. Shame on you.

Gain cannot be beat by any other detergent. I have tried to save a little money from time to time and chose other brands but I am always disappointed. When you have a son who comes home with those sweaty and dirty and smelly football clothes- you better have gain. Linda from Atlanta

I went to a neighbors yardsale, she had lost weight and had many of her clothes out for sale. i found 4 beautiful sweaters, XL... well i was pregnant at the time, and thought what a cheap way to spruce up my wardrobe temporally. , every time i wore them and washed them they smelled terrific..... finally after several months, i saw her outside, so i asked her, even after several washings the sweaters still smelled beautiful, what do you use, perfume? dryer sheets,? she looked at her daughter bewildered.... both trying to think WHAT ?, then her daughter says Mom only uses Gain....... That was IT !!!! so ever since i've been a Gain user,detergent and dryer sheets..... the whole family loves it, Now my daughter went out on her own and shes a Gain Girl ! Thank you for such a great smelling product at a fair price.

I am very disappointed by your TV ad which depicts a hotel cleaning lady woken up by hotel guests as she slept in their guest room bed, supposedly overcome by the scent, or is it 'fumes', from Gain. What a massive insult to hotel cleaning staff (of which my partner happens to be one)! Any staff member who behaved in such a manner would likely be fired on the spot for such gross negligence - who pays for a room and then wants to find someone else in their bed?? Staff would never behave as you depict! Rest assured I will never buy your product.

MY DAUGHTER UNEXPECTEDLY ASKED TO SPEND THE NIGHT IN OUR GUEST ROOM AND OF COURSE WE SAID SHE COULD. THE NEXT MORNING SHE AROSE AND IMMEDIATLY ASKED,"WHAT KIND OF LAUNDRY SOUP DO YOU USE?" I ASKED,"WHY DO YOUASK?" SHE SAID BECAUSE THE SHEETS ON HER BED SMELLED SO FRESH AND CLEAN , AS JUST TAKEN OFF THE OUTDOOR CLOTHES LINES. I PROUDLY REPLIED, GAIN. IT BROUGHT A BIG SMILE TO MY FACE AS I LAST CHANGED THE SHEETS ABOUT A MONTH AGO WHEN MY LAST GUEST SLEPT THERE. I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE FRESHNESS LASTED THAT LONG! THANK YOU 'GAIN'. I live with my daughter and her family. Although I started using gain years ago I have never appreciated it as much as I do when I wash my grand-son''s football practice uniforms. I always use the gain with baking soda for those. I use the gain with lavender for myself, my daughter and grandaughters. My son-in-law likes the gain with bleach. Gain sure makes my laundry day blues easy. Thanks Gain

I love the smell of gain so much that after I do the laundry I leave the box open on the floor in the back of the car. The car smells so fresh and better than regular car freshener. I''ll never need the ''new car'' scent again.

There isn't a day that goes by, that someone doesnt' say "You smell great ", or "What is that perfume you are wearing?"...Well.....It's "GAIN". I am asthmatic and cannot use perfumes, scented lotions or scented deodorants, but "GAIN" has been a constant in my life, I have been using "GAIN" for 15 years and I would not venture to try another product.

i love the new gain- mango-tango scent so much. i not only use it in the washer and dryer, i also put the sheets of fabric softener in our dresser drawers, closets and also my daughters gym bag!!!

We live in Roxana IL., 2 yrs ago We had a storm that knocked out the power . I ended up having to go to another town near by and doing Laundry at A laundrymat. Wher there was this great smell. I'm a mother of two girls one and 5 so you see they are so messy. I've tryed alot of didn't Detergent's and I never could find one that i liked and that was good on my pay each mouth. I tryed gain and now I can't live with out it i love the way my shirts smell and my jeans after I wash them in gain and it gets my kids outfits clean.I love gain so much when the doller store was closed and ever other store here in mt carmel I drove to PRINCETON, INDIANA which is 15 miles from were i live. at night just to get gain I tell all my friends gains better then tide because it dose the job and it keeps my outfits smelling yummy. judith from mt carmel go gain

I travel for a living and I just love the fresh smell of Gain. No matter how long im gone my clothes just smell so clean for day''s , and I will not use anything elese but Gain.

Honey production is way down here in Mississippi, It seems that honeybees spend their time in laundry rooms flying around bottles of Gain. The bees have lost some weight, but they all look happy and don''t sting anybody.

I love the smell of Gain fabric softener so much. I put dryer sheets in my air vents around the house, in my pillowcase, in my vehicle and even sit with one next to me on the back of my recliner. I have started mixing the liquid fabric softener with water in a squirt bottle and misting down everything possible. I spray it on my carpet, clothing, matresses, furniture, shoes......everything cloth gets misted regularly. I have completely addicted to the smell of this product and stop in the laundry aisle every time I am shopping and sniff the fabric softener. I am a hopeless addict!! I am glad to see that I am not the only person with this unusual addiction. My husband and children think I am nuts because I literally crave the smell of this product..............I can't wait to get home and get my "fix".

I am ninth born of eleven children. I have always seen my mom use gain every since I''ve been a little boy. I (as a boy); Never knew why she always used it for our clothes. When I became a adult; I tried it and I see why! Not only did it cleaned my clothes but; The scent that I remembered as a child last for so long. I have since lost my mom in 2004 but; Continuing to use Gain really keeps me connected to her. I don''t have any kids but plenty nieces and nephews whom I''ve helped raised and I''ve turned them onto Gain. I love it everytime I do my laundrey; I somewhat feel like a child again. Thanks Gain!

I know when I walk in any store, room or even at work I can walk pass some one and know that my clothes smell AWESOME!!!!!! I don't have to worry about my clothes smelling great, cause I know they are and with the fresh smell of Gain, I know I can walk in to any where and feel good about my clothes!!
